I really think this is due to poor quality assurance, but because so many of you think it may not be, I’m willing to consider the possibility that I’m mistaken about all this.

I would then update you all back here, as sort of a late due diligence. If I get a couple-or-so responses on this comment that encourage me to still make I ticket, then I will do that soon, depending on how much and what kind of extra information support will ask for. I didn’t mean to upset anyone who did not already have a relationship to RoboForm, I didn’t think this would, and for that I was wrong. Even though I don’t wish to continue using RoboForm, I may open a ticket later today or tomorrow when I have time, if you all still think that would be wise to do at this point. I understand that there is a lot of information I decided not to make public, for privacy reasons, but I thought I had given enough to show legitimacy in my decision. Tbh when I made this post I did not expect for more than a few people to think that I legitimately should’ve opened a support ticket. I’m still stupidly holding onto hope that they’ll increase their standards because of the attention I’m bringing to this issue, but I know I really really undoubtedly most likely shouldn’t be. I’m really disappointed by this because otherwise, it probably would’ve become my favorite password manager. Honestly though, I really liked the functionality of it, the instructions are crap but if you persevere you can program the desktop application to fix autofill failures and many other things.

Clearly that didn’t work, but also what really bothers me is that if you have a free account, it doesn’t offer sync and backup so even if I didn’t disable it then it shouldn’t be happening after the trial ended either, but instead it syncs/backs-up and just doesn’t let you import the files on freemium, apparently even when the option is disabled. They start you out with a free trial anyway, so I made sure to disable sync/backup immediately. Roboform just requires premium if you want to sync data across devices and back up on their servers, which was exactly what I wanted to keep from happening so I thought it was perfect. that had a free version and wide functionality. I started using it four months ago because I didn’t like how lastpass data had to be stored on their servers, but I still wanted a P.M. I can’t make an edit on a picture post here so it’s on my top comment in “best”
